After a difficult pregnancy our beautiful daughter Ava Mary-Ann Mitchell was born on 29.11.05. Weighing just 4.11 we were over the moon thinking that our family was complete. Almost straight away the Drs knew that there was something wrong as she struggled to breath and had to be resucitated twicw. She was whisked off to special care where she was the given a ct scan to try and find out what was wrong. It was then that we were given the devestating news that Ava was severly brain damaged. We ere told she would never walk, talk, know who her mummy and daddy were.
